We want you to buy with confidence. This page explains our money-back guarantee, how the right of withdrawal works for a digital product like ours, and how to cancel automatic renewal.
1. Our voluntary money-back guarantee (new purchases)
Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new purchases until the first Pro activation. This voluntary guarantee is separate from any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.
In practice, you can ask for a refund of a new purchase within 14 days, as long as you have not yet activated Pro on any website — so you can buy, install it, look at it, and change your mind.
Renewals and add-on purchases are not covered by our voluntary money-back guarantee, without affecting any mandatory rights under applicable law.
2. Your statutory right of withdrawal
Separately from our voluntary guarantee, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for a distance purchase. For digital products supplied immediately, whether — and until when — that right applies depends on the applicable law, the consent you give during checkout, and the terms of the seller that processes your purchase (for example, whether you asked for the product to be made available immediately and acknowledged the effect on your right to withdraw). These statutory rights are handled at checkout by the seller of record and under the applicable consumer law.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded — for example, your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
3. If something is wrong with the product
If the product does not work as it should, please contact us first at support@aiboostnow.com so we can help. Many issues are quickly fixed. If we cannot resolve a genuine problem, we will treat your case fairly and in line with your consumer rights.
4. Cancelling automatic renewal
Subscriptions are annual and renew automatically so your updates and support continue without a gap. You can cancel any future renewal before it is charged, from your account or through Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your Pro features keep working on your sites after the subscription ends.
5. How refunds are processed
Your order is sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. To request a refund under our voluntary guarantee, contact us at support@aiboostnow.com. If the request meets the conditions in section 1, we will approve it and instruct Lemon Squeezy to return the payment to the original payment method, subject to applicable fraud, abuse and payment-processing controls.
