Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains when you get a refund, how the right of withdrawal works for a digital product like ours, and how to cancel automatic renewal.

1. If the product does not work as described

If AI Boost for Joomla does not work as described, please contact us first at so we can put it right. If we cannot, we refund your purchase.

2. Your statutory rights

You may have a statutory right of withdrawal for a distance purchase. For digital products supplied immediately, whether that right applies, and until when, depends on the applicable law, the consent you give during checkout, and the terms of the seller that processes your purchase (for example, whether you asked for the product to be made available immediately and acknowledged the effect on your right to withdraw). These statutory rights are handled at checkout by the seller of record and under the applicable consumer law.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded, for example your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

3. Cancelling automatic renewal

A licence runs for a year and renews automatically so your updates and support continue without a gap. You can cancel any future renewal before it is charged. Write to and we cancel it for you.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the year you have already paid for, and AI Boost for Joomla keeps working on your sites after that year ends.

4. How refunds are processed

Your order is sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. To ask for a refund, write to . We check whether the conditions in section 1 are met. If they are, we instruct Lemon Squeezy to return the payment to the original payment method, subject to applicable fraud, abuse and payment-processing controls.
