Licence Terms & Terms of Use
AI Boost for Joomla
These Licence Terms govern how you install, activate and use our software, and the account, updates and support that come with it. Your purchase, payment, taxes and refunds are handled by the seller at checkout — see section 6 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read these terms before you buy or install the software.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1 These Licence Terms and Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you (the “Customer” or “you”) and EMARKET1NG.NET DOO Beograd, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia, registered seat Tuzlanska 18, 11090 Beograd, company registration number (matični broj) 17409867, tax number (PIB) 100169279 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our full company details are in our Legal Notice.
1.2 They cover AI Boost for Joomla (the “Software”), a commercial extension for the Joomla 5–6 content-management system, together with our website, customer account, licensing service and update service at aiboostnow.com, api.aiboostnow.com and updates.aiboostnow.com (together, the “Services”).
1.3 By buying, downloading, installing, activating or using the Software you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Software or the Services.
1.4 These Terms govern your use of the Software and Services. The purchase transaction itself — payment, applicable taxes, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks — is governed by the seller who processes your order at checkout (see section 6). Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
2. Your account
2.1 To buy and manage a licence you need a customer account with a valid email address and a password. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2.2 You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you accept them for a company or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
3. The Software licence and the GPL
3.1 The code is open-source (GPL). AI Boost for Joomla is a Joomla extension. The Software’s source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (the “GPL”), except for third-party components separately identified with their own applicable licences. Under the GPL you are free to use, study, modify and redistribute that code, on the terms the GPL itself sets out. Nothing in these Terms takes away, or tries to take away, the rights the GPL gives you in the code you have received.
3.2 What your paid subscription gives you. Separately from the GPL code, your paid, annual subscription is a commercial agreement that gives you access to our commercial offering, namely:
- downloads of official, ready-to-install builds from our website;
- automatic updates delivered through our update service while your subscription is active;
- customer support while your subscription is active;
- access to our licensing server and related remote services (for example activation, licence validation and update eligibility); and
- the right to activate the Software on live websites up to the number of sites included in your plan.
3.3 Your plan and its site allowance. Your subscription is sold per plan, and each plan includes a set number of live websites (domains) on which you may activate the Software through our licensing service. The plan you bought and its site allowance are shown at checkout and in your account.
3.4 Activation and licence keys. Each site is activated with a licence key issued to you and linked to that site and to a per-installation identifier generated by the Software. You may deactivate a site and activate another within your plan’s allowance.
3.5 What these limits mean. The site allowance and the access limits in this section apply to our commercial services, our licensing server and our infrastructure — they set how many sites you may activate through our service and what access your subscription includes. They do not restrict the rights you hold under the GPL in code we have already delivered to you.
3.6 Our brand. The AI Boost name and logo are our property. Joomla! is a trademark of Open Source Matters, Inc. AI Boost is not affiliated with or endorsed by Open Source Matters. Our brand is not part of the GPL-licensed code, and you may not use it except as the law allows.
4. Acceptable use
So that the Services work for everyone, you agree that you will not:
- (a) share, resell, publish or otherwise disclose your personal licence key(s), or use them to activate more sites than your plan allows;
- (b) attack, overload, probe, circumvent or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our licensing service, update service, website or other infrastructure, or interfere with anyone else’s use of the Services;
- (c) use the Software to produce or publish content or output that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or otherwise abusive, or that breaches applicable law or the terms of the platforms you target; or
- (d) misuse our “AI Boost” names, logos or brand.
You are responsible for the websites on which you run the Software, and for the content and configuration you publish through it.
5. Updates and support
While your subscription is active you receive Software updates through our update service and customer support, as described on our website. Support and updates are provided for the plan you hold and the sites it covers; they are not an unlimited custom-development or site-management service. The Software is delivered digitally; you are responsible for the Joomla installation, hosting, PHP environment and internet connection needed to download, install and run it.
6. Price, payment and renewal
6.1 Who you buy from. Your order is sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy is the formal seller to you, takes payment, calculates and collects any applicable tax, and issues your purchase invoice. Payment, applicable taxes, invoicing, chargebacks and statutory transaction refunds are governed by Lemon Squeezy, subject also to our voluntary Refund & Cancellation Policy where applicable.
6.2 Price. The price of each plan and add-on is the price shown at checkout at the time of your order. The amount you will pay, including any tax that applies to your purchase, is shown to you in full before you confirm the order. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number; card and account data are handled by the payment provider.
6.3 Annual term and renewal. Subscriptions run for one year and renew automatically unless you cancel, so that your updates and support continue without interruption. You can cancel any future renewal before it is charged, from your account or through Lemon Squeezy; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal is charged at the price in effect at the time of renewal. Lemon Squeezy or we will notify you in advance before a higher renewal price is charged.

7. What happens when your subscription expires
If your subscription expires or is not renewed, the Software already activated on your sites keeps working — expiry does not switch off features that are already active. What pauses is the commercial service: you stop receiving new updates and customer support until you renew. This is a normal end-of-subscription event and is different from termination for breach (section 10).
8. No guarantee of results
We provide the Software and Services “as is” and “as available”. We help you publish strong technical SEO and AI-discovery signals, but search engines, AI systems and other third-party platforms are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, indexing, traffic, or that any AI system will use or recommend your content. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties; this does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
9. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Software or Services. Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the relevant subscription during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination for breach
10.1 We may suspend or end your access to the Services — including downloads, updates, the licensing server, support and your account — and revoke your licence keys and activations on our servers, if you seriously breach these Terms (for example, by reselling keys or attacking our infrastructure). Where practicable and where the law requires, we will give you notice and a chance to put things right first.
10.2 Because the Software’s code is licensed under the GPL, we do not ask you to delete code you already hold; termination ends the commercial services and access described in section 3, not your GPL rights in code already delivered to you.
11. Changes to the Software and to these Terms
11.1 We may improve, update or change features of the Software and Services. We will not deliberately remove core functionality you have paid for during a paid period without a lawful reason.
11.2 We may update these Terms. Where the law requires, we will give you advance notice of material changes and, where a change is to your disadvantage, the right to end your subscription. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that period. The current version is always published at aiboostnow.com/eula.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We will always try to resolve any issue with you directly first. For business (B2B) customers, the competent court is the Privredni sud u Beogradu (Commercial Court in Belgrade), Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you keep any mandatory right to bring or defend a case in the courts available to you under those rules.
